Sabrina Hu is currently a
Teaching Assistant and pursuing
a Doctor of Musical Arts degree
at Michigan State University
where she is a student of
Richard Sherman. Sabrina has
performed in many prestigious
venues such as Lincoln Center in
New York City, the Kennedy
Center in Washington D.C. and
the Bridgewater Hall in England.
She has also performed in
recitals throughout the United
States, England, Ireland and
Spain and has participated in
many prominent music festivals
such as the Peterborough
Festival in England. Upcoming
concerts in 2007 include
recitals in Ireland and Michigan
and Texas.
Sabrina has attended some of the
best music conservatories in the
world. She graduated with a
Masters of Music degree in
performance from the Royal
Northern College of Music,
England, where she was a student
of Peter Lloyd, and a Bachelor
of Music degree in performance
from the Mannes College of
Music, New York City, where she
was a student of Keith
Underwood. Sabrina also studied
with Catherine LeGrand at the
High School for the Performing
and Visual Arts in Houston.
Sabrina is currently teaching at
Michigan State University and
the Flint Institute of Music and
performs regularly with the
Lansing Symphony Orchestra.
